EMR Page Overview

Here you can view all Addresses with Retrieval Type Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

EMR Page Overview

  1. Stats: The stats act as quick filter for the table. Click any stat to see what Addresses need to be contacted, have already been contacted, are partially scheduled, Scheduled, or Past due. 
  2. Table: These are Addresses that have Retrieval Type Electronic MR. The Electronic MR table contains the following information: Address ID (AID), Group Name, Provider Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Fax, Project(s), Address Group(s), Next Appointment Date, Next Call Date, Total Chases, Pends, Retrieval Type, Assigned To, Address Contact Status. All fields can be filtered. Information can be exported.
  3. Access an Address: To access an Address, click the AID number located in the first column of the table
  4. Special Handling: Addresses marked as Special Handling
  5. Create New View: Create a custom view of your table. Select which columns you want to show or hide.

 

Assign Address

  1. Locate Address ID (AID) on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Assign Address
  4. Select User
  5. To finalize, click Assign
  6. To cancel, click Cancel



Assign Chases

  1. Using the checkbox, select 1 or more Chases
  2. Click Assign Chases
  3. Select User
  4. Select Maximum chases
    1. Recommended for large sites where the work needs to be split up among multiple employees
    2. Maximum Chase Options are: 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500. If no maximum is set, all chases will be assigned.
  5. To finalize, click Assign
  6. To cancel, click Cancel


 

Schedule Appointment

  1. Locate Address ID (AID) on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Schedule
  4. Select an Available EMR Employee
  5. Address Field is pre-populated, can be edited
  6. Select DateStart Time, and End Time
  7. Optional: Click Add Appointment to add additional appointments for that Address and Electronic MR Employee
  8. Add Notes for EMR Employee
  9. To finalize, click Save
  10. To cancel, click Cancel



Schedule Tab

  1. The Schedule tab displays all Electronic MR Employees that are currently assigned to 1 or more Addresses. Here you can Edit or Cancel Appointments

 

Schedule Tab Page Overview

  1. EMR Employee table: This table displays all available EMR Employees and when their next appointment date is, total Appointments, and total open chases we expect at that Address. Information can be exported.
  2. EMR Employee Appointments table: This table displays all scheduled Electronic MR Employee appointments.  The Electronic MR Employee Appointment table contains the following information: Appointment ID, Address ID, Address, Appointment Start Time, Appointment End Time, who is assigned, Total expected chases, and notes. Information can be exported.

 

Edit Appointment

  1. Locate Address ID (AID) on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Edit Appointment
  4. Edit the following: EMR Employee, Address, Date, Start Time, End Time, and Notes.
  5. To finalize, click Save
  6. To cancel, click Cancel


Cancel Appointment

  1. Locate Address ID (AID) on the table
  2. Click the 3-dot action button to the right of the table
  3. Select Cancel Appointment
  4. You will be prompted to confirm cancellation
  5. To finalize, click Save
  6. To cancel, click No
