Chase/Address tables: These are all the Addresses and Chases for this vendor. You can see basic information such as contact status, total chases, and pends.
Vendor Outreach: Use the softphone to call a vendor directly from the Platform. It will log a history of that outreach in both the Vendor and Address Contact History tabs
Contact History: Review the contact history for a particular vendor.
