Each address has a status associated with it which is determined from the current chases within the address at that time. It is displayed in the address details section and can be sorted and filtered on in grids throughout the platform.
Address Statuses:
To be Contacted | This status represents that the address still has not been contacted and a successful outreach attempt needs to occur. |
| Contacted | The address has been contacted, however a commitment date was not obtained so it didn't move to scheduled. |
| Scheduled | A commitment date has been obtained for all chases at the address and the address as a whole is now considered scheduled. |
| Partially Scheduled | A commitment date has only been obtained for a subset of the chases at the address. Therefore, the status of the address is partially scheduled as all chases at the address do not have an associated commitment date. |
| Past Due | The address status becomes past due when the current date is past a commitment date of chases at the address. This means records have not been received as planned and it can be escalated, etc |
| Pended | The Address will get a status of pended when all open chases at the address are in a status of pended. This means there isn't any active outreach that can be done until the pends are resolved. This can be used to filter out addresses when doing outreach, etc. |
