Call Recording Playback

  1. From an address, click Contact History
  2. Locate call, click play icon 

 

Download Sent Packets

  1. From an address, click Contact History
  2. Locate call, click download icon

 

Fax Retry

  1. From an Address, select the Contact History tab
  2. Under the Result column, click the Retry Icon 

 

Note: 

Not all failed faxes will have the option to retry. Fax Retry is only available if the system returns the following results: General Error, Fax line was busy, or Transmission Failed. For example, we would not retry a blocked number.

 

 

User Permissions
 
Administrator

Lead: Retrieval Lead

Manager: 3rd Party Manager, Call Center Rep Manager, EMR Manager, Field Technician Manager

Employee: 3rd Party Retrieval Employee, Call Center Rep Employee, EMR Employee, Field Technician Employee
