What is the Provider Gateway Chart Drop?
Provider Gateway Chart Drop is a secure provider upload portal. You will simply enter your dedicated Provider PIN # and drop the records for upload.

What is a Provider Gateway Pin #
The Provider Gateway PIN # is your unique ID for accessing Chart Drop. It never expires.
How do I know what my PIN number is?
The PIN # is made available within the Provider Packet on the Member Pull List page. It can also be located on the record request email, if you opted in for email outreach.

How do I upload documents?
Upon accessing the secure portal, you will be prompted to enter your PIN #.
After entering the PIN, a Chart Drop box appears to upload documents. Drag and drop your files or click Choose Files to upload from your computer.
Once you select your file(s), another box appears confirming the name of the document. If everything looks correct, click Submit. You can upload multiple documents.
Will I receive notification once the records are uploaded?
A confirmation will appear on the screen when your document(s) successfully upload or if your upload fails. You will also be provided with a confirmation number upon completion.
Is there an upload size limit?
Yes, 1.5GB
What file formats are acceptable?
PDFs
How long does it take for the upload to appear as received?
Upload times can vary due to several factors including internet speed, file size and/or volume of records being ingested in the Reveleer database. Please do not close your browser window or leave the page until you receive confirmation.
Troubleshooting
Please note, your IT department may have a security network installed within your software that can block access to the Provider Gateway. If you are being redirected to a login screen instead of successfully accessing the Provider Gateway, please review the following:
If you have received an email to access the Provider Gateway, hover over Upload Records link
If there is evidence of another email listed before the Provider Gateway URL, then there is some internal security measure in place that can block access to the intended web page.
- In the below example: you see https://urldefense.com/v3 in front of the actual URL.
- If this happens, please use one of the options below:
- Manually type the URL into your web browser. This will take you directly to the Provider Gateway page where you can enter your PIN # and upload records. OR
- Contact your IT department to request that the Reveleer Platform is whitelisted. This process identifies the platform as a trusted site and will allow unrestricted access.
