Using This Report

  • This report can be downloaded as a CSV and aggregated in pivot tables by Pend Codes, Current Pend Statuses, and AIDs
  • A list of resolved pends can be returned
  • A strategy for pend resolution can be formulated from this information

Project NameThe name associated with a project
Project IDThe internal identifier associated with a project

The type of business associated with this chase: Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial

Further detail for Line of Business, this can be Medicare HIOS number, a Plan ID or Health Plan
Client Chase KeyThe identifier provided by the client for a chase
AIDInternal identifier (AID) associated with a chase address that has been cleaned/combined and added to the master document source table
Address GroupingDataload grouper to associate various address IDs into client desired groups
ProductDataload grouper to associate various address IDs into client desired groups
Group NameName of the facility associated with a processed data load (master) address
Address1First line of processed data load (master) address

Current Pend Code DescriptionDescription of a pend code
OwnerIndicates whether the responsibility for a pend is associated with reveleer (organization) or the client
Current Pend StatusName associated with a given pend status

Pend Created ByThe name of the user that created the most recent pend for a given chase
Pend Updated ByThe name of the user that updated the most recent pend for a given chase
Pend Created DateThe date that the most current pend was created for a given chase

Pend IDThe internal identifier for a pend on a chase
