What Do The Fields Mean?

| Client Member Key | The client identifier associated with a member |

| Date Of Birth | The date of birth of the member |
| Gender | The gender of a member |
| Sample Compliance Code | Determines if a given chase/measure code is compliant for HEDIS |
| Sample Compliance Description | Provides a full description of the meaning of a compliance code |
| Measure Code | Determines the type of an associated chase, which indicates what the coder is seeking to validate |
| Total Chase Count | Shows the total count of chases for a member |
| Total Chase ID List | Shows the comma separated list of chaseid's for a member |
