What do the Data Items Mean?
| Data Item | Description |
| Open Projects | Open Projects is count of projects where the project end dates are in the future |
| Closed Projects | Closed Projects is the count of projects where the project end date has passed |
| Total AID's | Total AID's is the count of provider locations where records can be gathered from |
| Total Providers | Total Providers is the distinct count of providers associated with selected projects |
| Chases Retrieved | Chases Retrieved is the % of Retrieved Chases / Total Active Chases. Total Active Chases excludes all chases that are in a "Dataload" Status |
| Retrieval: Percentage by Project | Retrieval: Percentage by Project is a table that shows high level chase retrieval statistics and project information |
| AID's To Be Contacted | AID's To Be Contacted is the count of AIDs that have not been contacted yet for the selected projects |
| Contacted AID's | Contacted AID's is the count of AID's that have been contacted for the selected projects |
| Partially Scheduled AID's | Partially Scheduled AID's is the count of AIDs where not all chases have been scheduled for the selected projects |
| Scheduled AID's | Scheduled AID's is the count of AIDs where all chases have been scheduled for the selected projects |
| Past Due AID's | Past Due AID's is the count of AIDs where all chases have been scheduled but provider has not sent records in for the selected projects |
| Completed AIDs | Completed AID's is the count of AIDs where all chases have been retrieved for the selected projects |
| Top 50 AID's with Chases Remaining | Top 50 AID's with Chases Remaining is a table which sorts AID's by the highest number of Chases Remaining. Any number can be drilled into to view chase-level detail. |
| Total Active Chases | Total Active Chases is the count of chases (excluding Chases in Dataload) within the projects selected |
| Chases Retrieved | Chases retrieved is the count of chases retrieved within the projects selected. This filters out chases with a pend status of closed. |
| Chases Remaining | Chases Remaining is the count of chases remaining to be retrieved within the projects selected. This filters out chases with a pend status of closed. |
| Chases Closed | Chases Closed is the count of chases that has a pend status of closed. |
| Chases Retrieved: PSR | Chases Retrieved: PSR is the count of chases that have been Retrieved where the expected retrieval method is PSR.
