Reveleer Platform

June 21, 2023

June gloom? More like “June Radiance” with the latest release of the Reveleer Platform! Make sure to apply sunscreen because this release includes exciting new features and updates that will illuminate your platform experience and turn those cloudy days into ones filled with sunshine and possibilities.

New Functionality

  • Redefined ICD-10 Codes in RA Diagnosis Projects
Calling all Risk coders! Reveleer has an important announcement for Risk projects configured with RA Diagnosis Coding. You can now leverage the power of ICD-10 codes, irrespective of their relationship to HCC or RxHCC codes. This expanded support empowers you to capture and analyze a broader range of diagnosis data, opening new possibilities for risk assessment and management.
Note: Admin Dx and EVE Dx encounters will no longer display ICD-10 codes on the data entry screens when a supported mapping isn’t present.
  • IVA 2.0 with EVE-assisted Coding
Reveleer is thrilled to announce the launch of IVA 2.0, a game-changing upgrade designed to improve Reveleer’s efficiency and productivity.
    New capabilities include
    • Optimized layout with EVE-assisted coding
    • Dual Screen Sync with “Speed Scan” thumbnails.
    • EVE Broad match and confidence scoring.
    • EVE Evidence highlights and quick filtering.
    • User highlights now includes optional inline annotation.
  • EVE Quality Match Rate Report
A new specialized report illustrates how EVE-assisted AI improves abstractor productivity. Insights include project-level EVE-Abstractor match rates, as well as a full breakdown of Chases, Measure Codes, and Dates of Services validated by abstractors, plus pre-validations done by EVE. The report also provides benchmark EVE-to-Abstractor Match rates across all projects to add additional perspective.
  • Enhanced Risk Analytics Filters
Get ready to unleash the power of customization with the addition of three new analytics filters: “Payment Year”, “RAF Cals Source”, and “Service Year”. These slick new filters provide the flexibility and agility you need to quickly make informed decisions, unlock hidden opportunities, and transform complex datasets into actionable insights.

    Updated reports include:
    • Historical Status Indicators Report adds the “Service Year” filter.
    • Persistency Report adds “Payment Year” and “RAF Cals Source” filters.
    • ROI Dashboard adds “Payment Year” and “RAF Cals Source” filters.

Updated Functionality

  • VRC Rule Updates for Risk & IVA
Reveleer’s VRC rules engine has been enhanced to allow new combinations in order to deliver more flexibility than ever before. The new updated rule set has been optimized for Risk and IVA projects.

  • Document Format Validation for IVA Projects
A new validation step has been created to streamline document validation and save your team valuable time during the busy submission period. The Reveleer Platform now only accepts documents in two specified formats: PDF, XLS, and XLSX. Powerful functionality meets predictable results!
  • Enhanced Global Search
Reveleer’s global search functionality has been tuned up! In addition to improved performance, you now have the ability to search by Group Name or Provider Pin. These updates address common user feedback, making it easier than ever to locate addresses and troubleshoot any issues related to record destinations.

  • New Pend Code for “HCA Hospital Agreement”
“HCA Hospital Agreement Required” has been added to list of available pend code options. This new code has been introduced to benefit users working with HCA-related records, fostering standardization, and facilitating smoother processes within the platform.
  • Enhanced Project Settings Display
Coding-level Project Settings have been modified to ensure greater clarity and consistency to your coding experience. Now once coding settings are defined, they remain unchanged throughout the entire project.
    • Full Coding: All ICD-10 will display on Data Entry screen.
    • RA Diagnosis Only: ICD-10 mapping to only HCC/RxHCC will display on Data Entry screen.
    • Coding Model: Displays the model selected for line of business (Commercial, Medicare or Medicaid). Once set in the beginning of project, cannot be changed during entire life of the project.
    • Coding Model (Rx): Displays the model selected for RxHCC (Medicare). Once set in the beginning of project, cannot be changed during entire life of the project.
  • EVE Evidence Highlights Encounter Filter
EVE-assisted evidence highlights will now be displayed exclusively for the selected encounter based on the date of service and evidence. Now you can easily identify and focus on the relevant information for the selected encounter, promoting more accurate and efficient coding.
  • Modified Data Entry Member Validation Options
Reveleer has introduced a significant improvement to the data entry workflow with the removal of "No Encounter Dates of Service Matches Claim in the Medical Record" from the move back reason dropdown. This update aims to eliminate an endless loop that occurred when this move back reason was selected, streamlining the chase process, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Fixed Functionality

  • Improved Analytics “User Productivity” Filter
The User Productivity Report filters have been standardized to adhere to the same functional behaviors as other report filters. Previously, customers reported difficulties when using these filters. This is now fixed.

  • Various Performance and Stability Enhancements
