Product Release Notes - April 2024

Reveleer Platform

Thursday, April 18, 2024

Hold on to your sides – the April 2024 release of the Reveleer Platform is so packed with incredible features it could be mistaken for an April Fools' Day prank. But this month’s updates are no laughing matter, with genuine enhancements designed to make your platform experience smoother, more efficient, and maybe even a bit more fun.

Member Management

New! Streamlined OEV with Auto-Selected Due Dates
Reveleer is excited to announce a new feature that simplifies Outbound Enrollment Verification (OEV) for Medicare Advantage (MA) plans. Now, the system will automatically select the latest allowable due date for OEVs, based on CMS guidelines. CMS states that the verification due date should be set to the latest of three options - the last day of the month in which the enrollment was submitted, seven days from the date of an OEV letter or call, or December 31st of the enrollment period year for Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) submissions. Adhere to CMS guidance for setting OEV due dates with the maximum allowable time for verifying enrollment details and ensure beneficiaries are enrolled in the right MA plan for their needs.

New! Introducing Automatic DOB Population MEA Validation

The Voyager platform will now automatically populate the Date of Birth (DOB) field for short-form PBP (Plan Benefit Package) submissions for existing members during MEA Validation. This enhancement saves time and ensures accuracy by eliminating manual search and entry of DOBs for members already on file in Voyager.

Update! 3 Major Upgrades to Correspondence on Voyager Platform

Reveleer is pleased to announce three significant enhancements to Correspondence on the Voyager platform. The first update this month delivers a unified experience for V2 and V3 customers. V2 and V3 Correspondence will now be released simultaneously, so that V2 users can take advantage of exciting new capabilities as soon as they become available.

The Correspondence Editor and PDF Generator tool have also been upgraded to the latest and greatest versions. Correspondence templates can now be created, edited, and revised using TinyMCE 6 - the most recent version of the Correspondence Editor. The PDF Generator tool has also been upgraded to the latest PD4ML version, which features many bug fixes and enhancements for increased accuracy when generating PDFs from the Correspondence Editor. TinyMCE 5 and subsequent PD4ML versions of the PDF Generator tool will no longer be supported as of April 18th.
