New Functionality
Unified Demographic Data Across Member-centric Projects
Member-centric quality projects just got a little smarter. Reveleer is excited to introduce a new streamlined verification process that empowers abstractors to apply demographic validation to all associated chases with a few simple clicks – easy peasy!
“Move Back” Timeline Event
A new event type has been added to the data entry timeline. Now, anytime a chase is automatically moved back due to the addition of new pages, a new “Chase moved back” event will appear in the timeline feed with a relevant timestamp. This new timeline entry was introduced to improve the communication and clarity surrounding system-driven events.
Coder Duration Report
Leverage additional reporting capabilities with Reveleer’s new Coder Duration Report. You now have access to key performance metrics, such as: abstraction time, QA time, page count, encounter count, HCC mappable diagnosis count, and more. Making informed decisions never used to be this easy!
Stalled Documents Report
Gain additional insight into document upload analysis with a detailed breakdown of failed attempts across all supported document retrieval methods. This new report is designed to help you quickly pinpoint the specific documents that require reprocessing, so you can ensure data completeness.
More Reporting Filters
Reveleer is delighted to introduce enhanced filtering options across several reports and dashboards. The newly welcomed filters include: “Retrieval Owner”, “Product”, and “Line of Business”, so you can take advantage of greater precision when performing reporting analysis.
Updated Functionality
Bulk Mail Retrieval Outreach
Retrieval outreach just got “Rev’ed up” with the ability to mail to multiple recipients at once. The new bulk action mail feature functions the exact same way as the existing bulk action fax option, so now you can communicate by mail more efficiently!
Retrieval Provider Packet Updates
Introducing a little, big update to the printable provider packet. Moving forward, addresses will now automatically be printed along with the provider packet to improve high volume outreach when using standard mail.
Retrieval Pend Prompt Enhancement
Pends can be a tricky business! This update adds more clarification to the items that have a pend status applied. Additional explanatory text has been integrated into these critical workflows to empower your team and replace confusion with clarity.
RXC Member Validation Optimization
Reveleer is thrilled to announce some exciting updates focused on member validation within RXC projects. A newly optimized interface now makes member verification as simple as a few quick clicks. In cases where a member is marked invalid, additional fields will automatically appear, enabling you to select the reason and pinpoint the specific page where the invalid conclusion was determined.
ENR Field Value Updates
A new “Confirm” dropdown has been added to the “Member ID” section of the ENR measure, bringing added convenience and functionality to the existing data entry workflow. After selecting a confirmation value, you can optionally add relevant comments using the corresponding “Note” field.
New “Pend Owner” Report Filters
You now have the ability to run Pend Reports based on ownership using the latest “Pend Owner” filter. This new filter increases visibility into pend assignment to allow for a more personalized and efficient view of the outstanding blockers impacting your team’s throughput.
Report Terminology Updates
Another little, big update: the category name within the Analytics module has been changed to use the broader term “Quality”, instead of “HEDIS”. Reveleer is committed to continuous improvement, and this includes sweating the details!
Fixed Functionality
HCC Summary by Provider Report Fixes
In some circumstances, the address filters (“AID” and “AID Group”) were not functioning as expected within the HCC Summary by Provider Report. This issue has been resolved.
Chase Sub-measure Report Fixes
The “Product” and “Numerator” filters in the Chase Sub-Measure Report were not functioning as designed. Abstraction results were duplicated for every numerator. This issue has also been resolved.
