Member Centric Chase Display
Due to the addition of our new member-centric measures we now have the ability to view and assign chases that belong to an individual member. Member centric measures contain a group of measures that belong to a specific type of member as outlined in the map below. A chart that is collected and attributed to a member measure will be copied to each individual child-measure within the group.

The member centric view can be accessed from the following locations:
- From the main menu – Click on ‘Assignment’ – Click on the ‘Members’ tab.
- Users will be able to assign at the member measure level as well as drill into each individual child measure by expanding the member measure details.
- Anytime a user is in on the chase details page – they can click the new ‘Member Chases’ tab. From here the user will be able to see all other chases associated with the member who is in context.
PSRs able to assign AIDs in Bulk
Provider Service representatives (PSRs) are now able to Assign Addresses in bulk. When the user is in the PSR screen, they can go to ‘Overview’ and click on the checkbox appearing above the AID column. Selecting multiple AIDs will enable the ‘Assign Addresses’ button. Once clicked, the user will be presented with a user-dropdown modal where they can select the user for assignment
Call Screen: Cleaned up some “No, I couldn’t connect” reason-dropdown values
We removed a few of the ‘COULDN’T CONNECT’ select a reason dropdown values from the call interface. Users will now have the following reason to choose from:
Navigation Menu Updates
As part of our effort to make the application more user friendly we applied a handful of changes to the navigation menu. These updates include:
- The retrieval menu items have been rearranged to flow more like the application.
- The “Approval Center” page has been removed from the Briefcase menu.
- Upload method by Chase has been removed from the application. (This can already be accomplished in other areas of the app).
- Upload method by Bulk Upload now lives under the Bulk Updates menu (see #3 below).
- The “Bulk Updates” page has been renamed to “Bulk Changes” AND the menu item has moved to the new “Bulk Actions” menu. This menu also includes Bulk Upload which was formerly called ‘Upload method by Bulk Upload’ in the old ‘Doc’ Approval Center.
- The dedicated Approval Center, Audit Pages, and Reports have all been moved further down the main navigation menu.
Client Groups within Service Organization settings
Admin users who have access to the 'Organization' settings page will now be able to edit existing client names and add new ones.
- Go to: Projects > Organizations > Click on the 'Group' tab
- From here you can click on the 3-dot action button to edit.
- Or click on the dedicated "Add New Group" button to add an entry.
