Grids by Project Type
As we added more data points to our Chase Query grid, column spacing became tight and longer values were increasingly difficult to read. In hope of providing a cleaner user experience, we created individual chase queries for both HEDIS and RISK/IVA projects. Each grid will only contain columns that pertain to each specific project type. The current version of Chase Query which includes all existing columns across both projects types will remain intact. Users can access these alternative chase queries knowing all columns will be readable.

Pends - Bulk Actions: Change Owner
Users now have the ability to change the ownership of PENDs between Service Organization and Clients and vice versa.
Steps
- Click on the Bulk Actions icon - Click on 'Bulk Changes'
- Select a Type of Bulk Update = Changes Owner (2 Types: SO to Client | Client to SO)
- Proceed to paste or upload a list of Pend IDs that you'd like to change ownership of
Pend Center - Retaining Filters
Filters that are applied by users while working the Pend Center grids will remain in place until one of the following events occur: user resets all filters, user manually removes a single filter, user clicks into a specific pend code bar from the pend graph, or when the user ends their session, (logs off the app or closes their browser).
Pursuit Type added to the 'Approve Pursuits' Grid
In order to provide users with more context when working through the Approve Pursuits grid, we added a column that displays pursuit type. This will help users identify what kind of pursuit was created and where it was created from. 
Chase Info: Parent chase view (display pursuit artifacts)
In our effort to provide more visibility and tracking within our pursuit creation process, we now display the associated/linked pursuit artifacts when viewing chase info of the original chase.
Enhanced Chart Loading
Previously our chart viewer was only capable of loading 4 pages at a time. Each time a user got to the end of a 4-page set, the chart viewer would have to refresh and fetch the next 4 pages. Now instead of incrementally loading 4 pages at a time, we are actively loading 20 pages in the background so subsequent pages will appear without delay.
Risk/IVA Score Exemptions
We added an exempt feature in OR1 which will allow users the ability to exempt certain changes from affecting a coders QA score. Users can apply these exemptions within the compliance table while working through the data entry screen. Clicking the checkbox will exempt the numerator and all associated events from the QA score calculation.
