New Branding: Initial Transition from HDVI to Reveleer
We are extremely excited to release the first phase of our application re-brand/re-design from Health Data Vision's MRCS_5.1 to Reveleer. The initial components we updated include:

Outbound Call Recording
As part of our ongoing effort to refine our retrieval methods and personas, all outbound calls made from the Retrieval module will now be recorded and available for playback from inside the contact attempt history grid. Once a call is completed, users will see a "Rec" column with a 'Play' icon for each successful call attempt. Users can listen to the recording by clicking the 'play' icon. 
Bulk Outreach: Bulk Fax
We created a new Bulk Action feature called Bulk Outreach that will allow users to bulk fax medical record requests spanning across projects, chases, and providers. When inside the Bulk Outreach module, users will be guided through a series of inputs and selections to generate a list of chases/provider pull lists that can be faxed out in bulk. The criteria that qualifies what addresses and chases are eligible to be picked up as part of a the request include:
- AIDs that contain 25 chases or less.
- AIDs that have a valid fax number.
- AIDs where there has been at least one contact attempt made from the retrieval module.
Bulk Changes: Financial Pends
We expanded the type of Pend updates users can apply in bulk to include invoice details. Now, from within the Bulk Updates section, users can select bulk action type = 3rd Party Fields which will allow them to change invoice numbers, amounts, and company selections across multiple Pend IDs.
