1. Ability to Download Individual Charts
Users now have the ability to download PDF-charts from any Chase or Pend that has a chart attached to it. A user can initiate a download by either selecting a grid entry or clicking on the 3-dot action button. Once the download has been launched, the user will need to go into the new-dedicated ‘Chart Downloads’ menu item and click into the corresponding project-folder. Once inside each download folder, the user will be presented with a list of charts that have been downloaded. A user can click on the 3-dot action button to view a PDF version of the chart.
2. Requesting Additional Documentation
We created a true additional documentation request experience by allowing clients to initiate a document request from the document tabs in MRR, OR1, OR2, and both Pend screens. Now when a user requests additional documentation they are presented with a modal prompting them to choose the specific types of documents that are missing. The checkbox selection is driven by the underlying measure of the chase the request is being initiated from. Once the document request is launched it will create a document request entry and a brand new chase within the applicable AID details for the PSR team. Members of the PSR team will work these ‘document-request’ specific chases as they would any other chase until they’ve collected all pertinent documents. Both the document request entry and the related Chase will include a ‘Document Request ID’ linking the two entries together.
3. Assign AID
Now PSR-users will be able to assign AIDs to a specific user directly from the AID grid.
4. Score Exemptions in OR1 and OR2
We added an exempt feature into OR1 and OR2 which will allow users the ability to exempt certain changes from affecting an abstractors QA score. Users can apply these exemptions within the compliance table in the data entry screens. Clicking the checkbox will exempt the numerator and all associated events from the QA score calculation.
5. New Columns in the Doc Intake Grid
We added ‘Document ID’ and ‘Retrieval Method’ as new columns in the Doc Intake Grid.
6. We added Document Status as a dedicated column to the ‘My Documents’ Grid
7. New Product filter in Chase Query
Users now have the ability to filter the Chase Query grid by Product. The filter can be accessed from the other section within the filter modal. The filter is actually a free form text input and will only return grid results that pertain to the specific product entered.
8. Released a new version of our Mobile App
9. Flipping New Pends to in progress
Now anytime a user makes an edit to a New Pend, (whether that change is made to notes, assignment, or owner changes) it will flip the status of the Pend to In-Progress.
10. Now anytime a user moves a chase back to chart collection, any associated chase documents/pages will be removed from that Chase.
This allows users to have a clean slate when a chase has been moved back to collection.
