RETRIEVAL

Improved Appointment Grid with built in Scheduling

The appointment grid within both the Field Tech and EMR detail pages is now appearing above the standard AID tabs/grids. Users can now schedule, edit, and cancel appointments directly from this grid.



Moving chases/creating a new address

In our effort to provide a more informational user experience, we’ve added a prompt when moving chases     creates a new address.

 

 

 

AID Valid Provider Checkboxes

AID valid provider checkboxes will now save and retain when checked.
 

 

 

Doc Intake Active and On Hold Filters

We added dedicated stat-filters for both documents that are Active and On Hold within Doc Intake.
 

 

 

AID Changing Retrieval Method warning

We now warn users that changing retrieval methods will wipe out all previously saved data points.

 Assign Address form Field Tech and EMR Overview grids

Users can now assign appointments directly from the Field Tech and EMR Overview grids.


 

Attaching additional Documents within Doc Intake

Previously we prevented users from attaching documents from within Doc Intake to either inactive chases or existing chases that had already moved beyond retrieval. Now, based on a project configuration, attaching documents in both of these scenarios will result in the following updates:

  • Attaching additional documents to an active chase (beyond retrieval) will result in the creation of a child chase (pursuit).
  • Attaching additional documents to an inactive chase will actually activate the chase.

 

Additional Pends codes added to Provider Upload Portal

Provider email upload recipients will now have additional reasons to choose from when denying or pending medical record requests:


    • Duplicate Request
    • Provider Left Location
    • Provider Unable to Locate Chart
    • Requires Member Permission/Signature  
    • Member Not My Patient  
    • Member Not Seen During Review Period  
    • Provider Refusal or Mbr Signature Required for Behavior/Mental Health
    • Provider Office Closed

 

Group name has been added to all Address Grids (PSR, EMR, FT, and 3PT)

Users and platform clients can now tag and allocate work by Group Name.

 

 

INVOICING


Vendor Tab

The invoice module now includes a vendor tab which will allow users to view of all invoice totals aggregated at the vendor level.

 

Chases-Invoices Stats

We now are displaying a redesigned version of our clickable stat-filters on the chase invoice page.


 

Added Invoice tab/grid within 3rd Party AID-Details Page

3rd Party address detail pages will now include a dedicated ‘Invoices’ tab/grid that includes chase level invoice-entries. These invoice entries get created when a 3rd party vendor is assigned.

 Invoice-Chases grid filter: Approval Status

The invoice chase grid now includes a filter for approval status.



Approve Invoice Grid – Read Only Invoice View

Users can now access a ready only view of an invoice by clicking on ‘INVOICE ID’ from within the invoice approval grid.


 Vendor Assignment Modal includes search

Users can now search for specific vendors within the vendor assignment modal.

Clinical Pends grid now includes a severity column and filter
 

 

 

 

GENERAL ENHANCEMENTS/IMPROVEMENTS

Quick @Me Options within Assignment and User filter dropdowns

We added an @me option to the top of all assignment and user filter dropdowns that will quickly allow users to assign chases, pends, and apply filters to themselves (logged-in user).

 

Sample Compliance Column has been added to all grids throughout the entire application

 

Chase Status Filter – Dataload

Users can now filters grids by chase status = Dataload

Helpdesk Link now redirects to Freshdesk Customer Support Portal

Clicking on the question mark menu item will now take users to the Freshdesk support portal:
