NEW FEATURES

In Chart Search (OCR)

We are excited to announce the expansion of our automated-bot processing capabilities to include chart search powered by Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Now when users are working within any of the main chart viewer pages (Doc Intake, Doc QA, or Clinical Data Entry) they will have the ability to search and locate certain terms appearing throughout a document. Users can run a search and receive a breakdown of pages the word appears on as well as a way to instantly navigate to the exact location where the word appears within the document.

We’ve included a training guide that outlines tips and tricks:
https://reveleer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/48001071273-ocr-chart-search (PDF attached)
And a video: https://www.reveleer.com/ocr-chart-search that can be shared with all users and clients.

Consistent chart Highlighting regardless of resolution

As part of an ongoing effort to improve our chart highlighting capabilities, we now support consistent rendering of highlighted objects regardless of screen size. An area/square captured when highlighting a chart on a large monitor will display the same exact way when viewed on a smaller screen.

RETRIEVAL

Return of the ‘Approve Documents’ Page
We recently introduced the ability for users to associate an additional document to a chase even if a chart had already been attached. Users could either create a pursuit when a chase had already been overread or activate a chase if it was in Dataload. We further expanded that same additional chart logic and functionality to the Approve Documents page/grid. Now when a user is reviewing additional documents associated with a chase that already has a chart, they will be given an option to approve or deny that document. Approving the document will create a pursuit or activate a chase as indicated above. Denying the document will prevent any further attachments or associations.

Allowing attachment/association of Additional Documents to a chase in MRR
Works exactly as it sounds. We recently added the ability for Doc Intake users to attach additional documents to a chase even if that chase has advanced to Medical Record Review (MRR). Previously users trying to associate a document to a chase in MRR would receive a warning modal indicating that the additional document would result in the creation of a pursuit. Now additional documents can be associated with a chase prior to advancing into Overread (OR1). This will allow for more document cohesion even if a chase has moved beyond retrieval.

INVOICE MODULE

We now allow users to perform invoice data entry when working entries within the invoice-documents tab.
