Manually Create New Risk Chases
Reveleer users working Risk projects can now manually create risk chases from within the existing ‘CREATE NEW CHASE’ flow. Users can capture multiple encounters and diagnosis values when entering details as part of the ‘ENCOUNTERS’ process step.

Page Range Validation
We now run an instant page range validation check to prevent users from entering page numbers that fall outside the page range of the chart in context.
Removed the ability for users to close Clinical Pends
Users only have the option to mark a clinical pend as ‘In Progress’ or ‘Resolved’.
MEASURE UPDATES
Changes to the Care for Older Adults (COA) Data Entry Screen
Removal of 3 of the 4 components from the Functional Status Assessment of COA -- Only becomes compliant based on ADL, IADL, or the functional screening tool. The following elements have been removed from the COA data entry screen:
- Cognitive
- Ambulation
- Other Functional
- Sensory (Vision, Hearing, and Speech)

We have expanded our Bot identification and sorting capabilities to support the consolidation of discontinuous invoice pages into a single document. Now when we receive a mixed bag of medical records and invoice pages, our bot will automatically identify and combine related invoice pages into a single document.
