New Navigation
Check out our explainer video: https://vimeo.com/480554769
We have completely redesigned our navigation menu and iconography. Users will now have clear indication when trying to locate specific modules/features from the main and sub navigation menus. The new nav includes the following updates and components:
- New/larger menu icons with specific module labels -- allows users to find modules fast and efficiently
- Consolidation of menu items and sub-navigation – each main menu item reveals a sub menu of specific functionality and components contained within each module
- Clear indication when a menu has been clicked as well as persisting that selection throughout the user’s entire session within that module
- Sub-menu hamburger control that allows the user to hide the sub menu when more screen real estate is needed

Tags
Check out our explainer video: https://vimeo.com/483382746
Tags are customized text attributes that can be applied to Addresses, Documents, and Chases to help categorize and identify entries within an operational process or worklist. Tags can be added to the Reveleer platform as part of the initial data load or they can be added manually by a user within the details of an Address, Document, or Chase.
Global Tag Search
Once a tag has been added users can search and identify Addresses, Documents, and chases that tag has been applied to via global search. User will be presented with a grid of results that correspond to the tag being searched for.
SO Admin Tag Manager
Users can manage tags within their Service Organization by accessing the tag manager. The tag manager includes a menu of tags that have been applied to Addresses, Documents, and Chases. When a user goes to view a previously created tag they will be able to see how many entities that tag has been applied to.
Pressing on the 3-dot action button will allow admin users to manage tags in bulk. Once clicked they'll have the option to:
- Edit a Tag Name
- Delete a tag
- Replace a tag (find and replace)

Doc Intake - Archive Tab
We created a secondary tab within the Document Intake module to capture documents that have been completed or removed. Once a document has been successfully submitted to Document QA or directly to Medical Records Review (based on the Document QA percentage that has been configured within a project) or if it has been completely removed as part of document Intake processing, those documents will now appear in the new Document Intake Archive tab.

Bulk User Updates
Check out our explainer video: https://vimeo.com/481820642
We now have the ability to create new users and manage/update existing users in bulk via a file export/upload process. Users can select specific templates for adding and updating users. There’s step by step instructions within the application that walk users through downloading and populating the user templates as well as the upload steps.
Complete details on how the new bulk user management process can be referenced here:

CLINICAL UPDATES
Chart Acquired Date added to all Clinical Grids
We added a dedicated column that captures the date a chart gets attached to a chase within the MRR, OR1, and OR2 grids. Users can now sort and work chases by oldest to newest, newest to oldest when viewing chases within any of the clinical chase grids.
HEDIS NLP – Anchoring Logic
We made a small tweak to our page number anchoring logic within the HEDIS NLP results modal. Now when clicking on a row in the modal, the chart viewer will navigate/anchor to the page number entered by the abstractor instead of the page number captured by the BOT.
Date of Birth Data Entry
The DOB input with the DE screen is now a fully functional input field that pre-populates based on member info. Users can now change the input value if the DOB found in the medical record differs from what was originally passed as part of the member profile.
