 Provider Packet Preview

It isn't obvious that a user has to select a measure in order to preview a provider packet on Project Settings. A measure will now be selected by default to ease confusion and users will have the ability to preview what a provider packet would look like.

Removed character limit

Users were restricted to a minimum of 3 characters to enter a first and last name. We have removed that restriction.

 

Reporting Manager Permissions

We have removed ‘My Work’ pages from the Reporting Manager view.

 

 

Retrieval

3rd Party Chase Status Triggers

3rd party chases will now have chase statuses of unscheduled, scheduled, past due. The aging is based off the new ‘Request Date’ button.

  • Chase status becomes "Scheduled" when a request date is set for a chase
  • Chase status becomes "Past Due" 30 days after a request date
  • If Request Date is changed, the above rules apply based on the new request date
  • If one or more chases have a status of "Scheduled" and one or more chases have a status of "unscheduled" then AID status = "partially scheduled"
  • If all chases are scheduled, AID status = "Scheduled"
  • If one or more chases are "past due", AID status = "Past due"

 

 

 

IVA Attestation

Now includes a chase ID field to ensure proper routing via our chart processing service.  

 

Call Center Rep

We have removed the "Schedule" Tab from the Call Center Rep page. It was not needed, as there is no notion of scheduling.

 

Field Tech – Appointments

Field Tech Manager will have the ability to schedule appointments to Field Tech’s based on single projects associated to them for an AID even though it has multiple projects. Users will only have visibility to the chases in their assigned projects. Users will now be notified if a Field tech has a conflicting schedule across multiple addresses.

 

Doc Intake:  Added Additional Columns to the Associate/Search chase Grid

Now when users are trying to search and associate chases within Doc Intake they will see additional columns in the Chase search results grid, including:

  • Pend Code
  • Pend Status
  • Sample Compliance
     

 

 

Dataload Line of Business selection for Create New Chase Workflow

Users creating chases via the create new chase workflow (aka chase wizard) will now be able to select Dataload LOB for HEDIS projects which maps to the same user_defined field as UserDefinedValues in data load

 

EMR AthenaHealth Integration Work

Chases loaded and tagged with ATHENA will now be automatically retrieved via direct integration with athenahealth. Records retrieved this way will be returned from athenahealth in a CCDA file format and be sent straight to the chart ingestion process. These records will be directly mapped to chases and can be reviewed as documents in the Reveleer platform once processes.

ICD Logic
ICD code recommendations with 3 evidence terms or fewer will now be removed from the data entry screen.

 

Suppression of Inline validation message

Only display VRC validation error when the user tries to submit rather when toggling off a diagnosis.

 

Clinical

TRC: Admin Notification Removed

We removed the 'Admin Notification' value from the 'Type of Notification' dropdown within the 'Notification of inpatient Admission' section in the TRC data entry screen.

   

CIS:  Update Contra Text

When reviewing the CIS measure with clinical auditors they suggested we remove a portion of text associated with one of the values within the Contra dropdown. As a clinical user or an auditor selecting Contras within the CIS measure, I should be presented with the following updated value:  MMR/VZV/Influenza - Hx of HIV on or prior to 2nd birthday. Removed: "or household contact w/ HIV"  

 

PPC, FPC, PPKY:  Update EDD

Page was not properly rendering dates related to the EDD exclusion

 

Bot Processing

For HEDIS NLP, we will now retry chases stuck in Bot Processing over 4 hour since first sent to the Bot.

Chase Move Back Report  - Hedis

The Chase Move Back Report provides users with the ability to monitor when chases moved backward. This can be used to identify when and why chases moved back from the various statuses MRQA, MRR, OR1 and OR2.

TAGS

What was the change? 

Chase Tags were moved from the Chart tab to the Chase Info tab.

 

Why did we make this change?

To increase chart visibility on the Data Entry primary screen by roughly 100 pixels.

 

Client Feedback Received 

Clinical users indicated that rapid access to tags was more important that the increased chart view.

 

Resolution

As part of the 3/24 release, Tags will move back to the Chart tab of Data Entry.

 


COMMITMENT DATE 

What was the change? 
‘Commitment Date’ button was replaced with ‘Request Date’ for 3rd Party Addresses. The chase status automatically changes from ‘Scheduled’ to ‘Past Due’ 30 days after the Request Date.
 

Why did we make this change?
To standardize the 3rd Party Address retrieval process.
 

Client Feedback Received 
Retrieval users indicated that the process was too rigid and wanted more flexibility when deciding chase due dates.
 

Resolution
As part of the 3/24 release, a due date can now be selected from a calendar selector. If no due date is selected, chase status will default to ‘Past Due’ 30 days after the Request Date.
