Retrieval

Special Handling Flags / Workflows

If a provider office has certain processes or protocols that differentiate from traditional outreach, we now have the ability to ingest and display those instructions via special handling functionality. Please reference our Special Handling guide within our Knowledge Base to learn more:  https://reveleer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/48001185008-special-handling

The following types of instructions can be applied to an address that is enabled for special handling:

  • Do Not Call
  • Single Point of Contact
  • Centralized Collection
  • Fax Only
  • Email Only
  • Pull List to be mailed
  • Custom Pull List
  • Chart Payment Required
  • Special Contact Hours

When an address is enabled for special handling, it will now appear directly in our special handling module. This module is located in the retrieval section, just under 3rd party copy center. Admins and retrieval leads will automatically have access to this module, but employees and managers will need access via permission settings. Upon opening the special handling module, users will see a grid similar to other retrieval types, except the entries will appear across all retrieval types.

Bulk Upload > Image Name

Users can now select 'Image Name' as a dedicated Format Type when Bulk Uploading records within the Reveleer Platform. Leveraging 'Image Name' allows users to create a mapping between the chase ID and the PDF medical record as part of the standard data load process resulting in chases that bypass retrieval and move forward in the workflow when the corresponding medical record is uploaded.

Document Intake > New Page Types
We introduced two new page type within Doc Intake.

  1. Called "Invoice" for pages that have been associated with an invoice but still waiting validation / creation of the actual invoice.

  2. "Approval or Approval Denied" for pages that are in the approval center.

Document Intake Timeline > Chart Ingestion Details

We enhanced the document intake timeline to include how and when a chart was ingested into the Reveleer application.

Chart Lake Data Archive

Chart Lake
We are now able to collect and store historical member, chart and chase information by archiving or loading project data as a 'Chart Lake' Project. Users can load projects for historical perspective or archive existing projects thus creating a repository of project data that can be referenced year over year.

A full breakdown of how all Chart Lake features and functionality can be reviewed appears within our Knowledge Base: https://reveleer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/48001185016-chart-lake

Clinical User Experience

Document Thumbnails

As part of our ever expanding clinical chart viewer functionality, we now allow users to review and manage documents via a concise document thumbnail view.

Chart Annotation Color

All chart annotations appearing on chase records prior to delivery will now be Green.

Help Section

Help Navigation > Support Page Links

We revamped our in-app 'Help' section to include a variety of helpful access including: a link to our Knowledge Base, In-App Support Ticket creation, and dynamic Ticket tracking all from our existing 'Help' navigation.

Data Load

Project ID Validation

We now have validation to ensure that the client name for the file uploaded matches with the client name of the project that  loading the file into. User will be warned when loading a file where the ProjectID name does not match the ProjectID of the underlying project being setup.
